Every body aid hearing aid uses a received (speaker,button), and is located at the end of the cord and is worn in the ear. There are two types of receivers two and three prongs (pins).
If you have not purchased your Body Aid from us, it is a good idea to send us an email with the make and model of your body aid so we can be sure you get the correct receiver.
If you are having problems with your Body Aid, many times it can be as simple as replacing the cord or the receiver.
Your receiver will have either a 1) custom
Earmold or 2) Body Aid Connector and Mushroom Insert mounted onto it in order for the
user to have something that makes a secure, airtight seal in the ear.
